New Trainings Will Soon Be Rolled Out By The Membership & Growth Committee
Courses that can be delivered at the Men's Team level are coming shortly. We hope to have the 1st 2 meetings completed within the next couple of months, and ready for beta-testing. They will deal with:
- Learning to be better listeners everywhere in our lives.
- Learning how to turn all the inspiration we receive in our lives into action that creates results.
Including Newer Men And Streamlining - New Types Of Membership
There are currently 3 types of members:
- General
- Alumni
- Interim
We are currently working on a proposal to change this to 2 types of members:
- General
- Associate
This would simplify things. In addition, it would allow for men to be a part of us officially, before becoming full-fledged members. They would have some rights and privileges, but not all. You will be hearing more about this shortly, as it will be put out to the membership (you) before it gets passed as policy.
Envisioning Where We're Going And How To Help - The Upcoming Members Handbook
Men have given the Board feedback that they would like more information on how our organization works. We are therefore currently developing a Members Handbook that will help you navigate our organization. It will also help all of us envision the entire organization, where we're going and how each of us can help.
The remainder of this email is less relevant to the definition of membership and has been left out
