"Membership Bylaws" File, 2009 Jan 20th

This text is from the "Membership bylaws.pdf" file, which contains an excerpt of the "amended" version of the Bylaws from January 2009. The PDF tags indicate that this file was generated by Charles Gjers on Jan 19, 2009, using Acrobat PDFMaker 9.0 for Word.

This file was placed on the mensdivisionsinternational.com website, and news of it was sent to the membership in an email with the subject line "News from the MDI Board of Directors — Jan 09" (along with an explanation)

It contains just the section containing the definitions of membership classes, with the subsection labels updated and bits of text like "(old a)" removed. This version is a little easier to understand than the actual Article 4.
